Simone Riviera is an Austin based fashion hair artist by day and two time Empress (XIV, XXIV) to the United Court of Austin, started in 1994, part of the  International Court System.  Her creative performances and iconic personality have gained her notoriety in her community and in the entertainment/ fashion industry.  Simone Rivera was born on a summer July day in New London, Connecticut into a military family that traveled until she graduated High School.  Her passions of pageantry and manifestations of glamorous creations in her childhood have allowed Riviera to create visions on stage that make her performances unforgettable.
